On Monday, May 16 at 1:00pm, the Tuskegee Human and Civil Rights Multicultural Center will have its annual Tuskegee Syphilis Study Presidential Apology Commemoration. This year there will be a showing of “Voices of the Tuskegee Syphilis Study” – a video on the Study which includes perspectives of some of the men in the Study and some of the descendants of men in the Study. This year’s program will feature a presentation of one researcher’s perspective and future consideration for the Shiloh Rosenwald Restoration Project. This program is free and open to the public at 104 S. Elm Street in downtown Tuskegee, Alabama.
